FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REGISTER FOR THE CHURCH MEDIA & IT TRAINING SEMINAR

1. Go to www.user.clickcomgh.com
2. Click on Register to complete a registration form
3. When you are done with registration of your account, go
to www.user.clickcomgh.com and click on login to login into your account
4. Click on Seminar Package icon to select which of the seminar packages you prefer.
5. Click on Register for a seminar to select which of the seminar types, dates and venues
and to enter expected number of participants from your church
6. Click on the menu icon to display the entire menu bar; click on the left. Click on Training
Seminar below the menu and select Booked Seminars to display details of your
registration [scroll the package to left to view all details if you are viewing on mobile phone].
7. Now click on Pay to make payment online for the cost of your selected participation
package using Mobile Money.

-You MUST submit your registration 30 days ahead of the seminar date to qualify for the

-You MUST come to the seminar with all your website contents as provided below.

Dear Applicant,
Please to create your church website, you MUST provide the following information below
and bring all on a pendrive on the day of the Training Seminar. Note that failure to bring
your information will disqualify you from getting the website for free.

1. Church History:
Write a brief historical account about the establishment of your local church. It must capture
how the church was established; the circumstances that led to its establishment, which year,
month and day was it established, how many members started it and who were the key
pioneers of the church
-attach historical pictures if any.
– Provide pictures of the current building of the church; show the front view and indoor
images of your church
Note: all pictures must be taken by a professional photographer ( avoid pictures taken with
phones)

2. Contact details of the church:
– phone numbers
-Facebook address ( if any)
-Twitter address ( if any)
-Postal address
– GPS address

3. Church Leaders:
– Portrait picture of all the leaders;
-Provide their details:
– full name of leader
-Position/designation of the church leader
– phone number of the leader
– email address of the leader ( if any)
-Facebook address of leader (if any)
-twitter address of leader (if any)
– A brief profile of leader (if possible)
Note: all pictures of the church leaders must be taken by professional photographer

4. Youth Leaders
– Nice Portrait picture of leader
– full name of leader
-Position/designation of leader in the church
– phone number of leader
– email address of leader (if any)
-Facebook address of leader ( if any)
-twitter address of leader (if any)
– A brief profile of leader (if possible)
Note: all pictures of the youth leaders must be taken by professional photographer

5. Women Leaders
– Nice Portrait picture of women leaders

– A brief profile of leader (if any)

6. Children’s Class Teachers
– Nice Portrait picture of leader
– full name of teacher
-Position/children class type
– phone number of teacher
– email address of teacher ( if any)
-Facebook address of teacher (if any)
-twitter address of teacher (if any)
– A brief profile of teacher (if possible)
Note: all pictures of children class teachers must be taken by a professional photographer

7. List Upcoming Programs/ activities of your church for 2020
– Event name
– Event date and time
– Event Venue
-Event Details
-Event image (if any,)

8. Weekly Activities of the Church
– list your church meeting days
Indicate the following:
– Meeting Day
– starting and closing time
-Subject/Description; Example Prayer Meeting, Bible Studies etc

9. Evangelism & Church Planting projects ( if any)
Provide details of current and previous church evangelism and church planting
activities/project if the church.
– Church/Evangelism name
-Provide photos if any
– A brief write up/report for each evangelism and church planting activity of the church
indicating the month and year of the project and the outcome or results of the initiative.

10. Gallery
-Provide pictures of the church, including indoor and outdoor pictures of the church building
– Church members ( group pix) at church and other pictures take during external programs
